In Stage 3, will all the data be visual Target Objects?

In Stage 3, some sensors will be placed with Target Objects, such as NIST Open Test Lane bucket targets; however, others will be placed with objects and locations of interest or in areas with no reference. One of the goals in Stage 3 is to use radio mapping or signal tracking techniques to help find and locate sensors. Contestants and pilots should not completely depend on drone video, visual references, or “area sweeps” to find and locate sensors.
